A: A left handed nurse it would be on the right
A right handed nurse it would be on the left

It's awesome that Nintendo decided to include The Master Quest, a modified, mirrored version of the original "Ocarina" quest, right on the cartridge. If you've already played the original quest a bunch of times, you can play The Master Quest and get a fresh take. Unfortunately it seems that the only way to unlock The Master Quest is to complete the main quest again. There may be a code you can enter at the beginning of the game to unlock The Master Quest, but the game makes no indication of that. It's just a shame Nintendo didn't give people an option to pick which quest they want from the very beginning.
