A thin figure is one without curves and therefore the right swimsuit for a thin frame is one that will add volume to your shape. Ruffles, hip ties, breast padding, cutouts that create an optical illusion of curves and ruching are good examples.
For plus size women, it’s all about playing up your assets, making the waist appear slimmer and minimizing the flaws. A one piece suit that draws the waist in or has cut outs that give the optical illusion of a slimmer waist is a good option as plus size suits need not be boring and black all the time.
For bottom-heavy women, the more fabric your swimsuit bottom has, the bigger your bottom will look. A swimsuit in a solid color that has a clean-cut bottom portion is slimming. Avoid busy prints, detailing and excess fabric on the bottom area and bring the focus more on the top.

One piece. People will respect you more.
One Pieces for several reasons
Your learning to swim. The one piece is more aerodynamic and
will hopefully prevent a wardrobe malfunction. Also covers more of the places that burn.
Congrats on learning to swim...
Always a one piece for lessons, also i would suggest going to a sports shop to get one this way they can help you get one which suits you best, a bikini isn't practical during lessons and you have less chance of an accident happening!
Ok well first of all happy swimming I hav a friend who is a synchronized swimmer shesays it's the best ok now to solve the problem well bikinis are definately cuter and if u rely want to wear one don't wear string bikinis they will untie themselves and u don't want ur swimmin teech to see that. lol with one pieces they are not the cutest but no doubt
It all depends on the cut of both suits. When taking swimming lessons, you'll have your arms in all directions, so make sure the straps of either suit stays put in all certain positions, especially when you're hunched over and swinging your arms around. There are tank styles of bikini tops that have racerbacks that'll keep your suit in place. I would
