One option are the private beaches, whether they belong to compounds or they are just private like many in Jeddah. These are all mixed.
Also you could rent a seaside villa, lets say in Khobar, where the beach in front of your house, would be private to you. There are many holiday
there are beach cabins in jeddah (i don't know if they have them on other jeddah beaches, but i really think they do) that have specially made for foreigners, and there, girls can wear whatever they want. nothing will happen. saudis can not enter those beach cabins, only foreigners.
Never been there but as far as i know u cant REVEAL anything in public.Even tho u are swimmin with ladies u cant...(retarded country).
The only way is if u own a private house along the beach and its TOTALLY PRIVATE, then u might be able to(anyways cops wont be there to see).
